Looking through the Hershey product line we noticed there was a gap in their portfolio. We wanted to propose a new item that could solve for the opportunity, show how it can come to life and inspire foodservice operators to try the product. We wanted to strengthen the snack position as well as further penetrater the culinary community, beyond just baking ingredients. After assesing the market, and researching trending desserts we launched into Hershey branded edible chocolate bowls.
